Where Can I Get Free Fonts

There have been plenty of times where I have need fonts for a variety of different things like websites, graphic designs, books and posters.  Yes I have paid for some but the majority of them I got for free by scouring the web for free font resources.

  1. Fontcab - Find perfect fonts without wasting valuable time.
  2. Fontstruct - User generated fonts from the Fontstruct community.
  3. Adobe Edge Web Fonts - Access to a vast web font library with contributions from Adobe, Google and designers around the world.
  4. Google Web Fonts - Open source fonts, so you're free to share and customize them.
  5. The Best Free Fonts For Designers - 100 free fonts in a variety of styles via Creative Bloq.
  6. 1001 Free Fonts - It's actually more like 10,001 good luck with that lot!
  7. LostType - Offers you the choice to pay anything for fonts even enter zero dollars.
  8. Font Squirrel - I have to admit this is one of my favorites, as it drew me in with the wording 100% Free For Commercial Use.
